If, in fact, 'JamieLynne16' is 'the real thing' (Britney's younger sister), her 'thank you' note should be posted in the 'Announcements' portal of this fansite for ALL to see and receive warmly. As a reply here, it quickly gets 'lost in the shuffle' as new fan comments appear.
'Announcements' content is controlled by the site's sponsor and unquestionably 'official'. Too many websites call themselves 'official' just to drive page views.
Direct feedback from Jive Records execs or Spears family reps would establish this fansite as undeniably 'official' and set it apart from all the rest. Coincidentally, I just sent a 'snailmail' to SonyBMG HQ in NYC urging that just such a communication (preferably in PDF format looking like personal stationery) be posted.
I just want to thank everyone for their support, i'm sure Brit will be back to her old (happy and complete) self in no time with the love and support of you guys and myself.
I am just so glad that she has devoted fans praying for her at this lonely time and i will pass on all your love and best wishes to her!!
