The video starts with an agent-looking Britney, which shows the strong, fighter side of her. Then it shows glimpses of a weak, controlled, drowning Britney. The strong one tells her, "It's been a while. I know I shouldn't have kept you waiting. But I'm here now." Her next mission is to save weak Britney. She jumps into a building and shocks the crowd. Normal-looking people start to turn into monsters and show their true sides. The monsters indicate the people who only look nice from the outside and have hurt Britney during her very public struggles. Media, paparazzi, unfaithful men, the public... etc. Strong Britney starts fighting them. A red "BREACH" sign appears, which I think means that every time she tries to learn from her mistakes or try to fix her life, they make it seem like it's illegal or wrong. A group of armed men start to chase her to try and stop her from saving her weak self. Strong Britney successfully enters the room in the lab, which has weak, frozen people inside. As she walks in the room, lights of hope shine her way. She keeps walking until she reaches the weak Britney, trapped in the ice. She whispers in her ear to let her know that everything is going to be okay. Then she puts down the bomb. After that, the video shows a lustful man in a room sitting with some girls. Britney walks in the room and starts to make out with him. I think he represents men Britney struggled with in her life. She slaps him and gives him the kiss of death. Moments later, the bomb explodes and the ice is broken. Weak Britney is saved. Gone to a better place. The brand new strong Britney jumps out of the window with "Victory" and pride.
