After enjoying a relaxing family vacation in Maui, Britney headed down South to the fifth and final X Factor auditions in Greensboro, NC on Sunday looking gorgeous in a fitted black cutout dress by Herve Leger (girl loves her some Herve!) and strappy peep-toe Valentino heels.
