I don't think people should be jumping to conclusions, because nobody knows the full story yet.

I have been thinking aout this situation. It seems really odd to me that Jamie himself would have telephone contact with Jordan. How would he get Jordan's phone numer and why would Jamie contact him and not have his legal reps do it? It's extremely rare that anyone pursuing legal avenues would call a person before to discuss it. Having said that, IF any of this is true and IF Jamie actually called Jordan, he must have wanted to avoid legal avenues. He must have known about Jordan's affiliation with Sam and perhaps wanted to let Jordan know he knew. Perhaps he wanted to work something out without getting legal. It's also very odd that their conversation would escalate to the point where Jamie would make a threat. I find that highly suspicious considering Jamie refused to even speak to Sam and deferred him to his lawyer.

I also feel that, if Jamie simply believed this site was profiting from the images and ads for Britney, he wouldn't be so angry. Many fan sites do the same with celebrities and it doesn't infuriate people. They can block it but there must be a reason why Jamie would be THAT upset. If, of course, he ever did say what Jordan claims he did. (For Jordan's sake, he had better not be lying. That would get him in more more trouble.)

Something's off here. Clearly, Jamie could sue for defamation of character yet these attorneys are choosing to go the route of copyright violation. This says to me it is less about Jamie and more about who Jordan is affiliating with. Jordan has wanted to be part of the inner circle forever and was given a chance to actually work with that circle doing this site yet he turned it down. Why? This site probably would have been paid for and REAL info would have been given. Jordan could have actually had the op to be a real site, not just a fan site. This would have been the IN that he desperately wanted.

But he said no. While I understand no one wants their words looked at before printing them, if he was printing news and info that was true, what would be the problem?

I strongly believe, if this is not a ridiculous joke, that there is a HUGE chunk of info missing from Jordan's "explanation" and I believe it has to do with the discovery that Sam is part of the site. I don't think anyone should jump to conclusions just yet one way or the other. There is more to the story than we know and I believe we will find out what we don't know fairly soon.

One way or the other - sick joke or not - there is more to the story than the letter from Jordan on the front page says.

I completely agree and have the exact same suspicions. Something has been/is going on and I think- I don't know but I think- it has some link to Sam's restraining order. I think BH will be referenced in court documents to back up the claim that Sam has been trying to discredit the cship. It makes complete and utter sense because, lets face it folks, this site HAS been used to try and discredit the cship and stir up a hate campaign against Britney's closest peeps. No-one can deny that. Team that with the fact that there is now proof that Jordan has reported things to Sam and it's very difficult to doubt there have been shady things going on. And I have been supporting those shady things by coming here....how any of you can know all this info and still stick up for Jordan AND claim you're also a Britney fan, I'll never know, truly.....it's quite clear this is a team sam/jordan vs team Britney/Jamie/Brett situation. There are many of you who have obviously chosen to side with Jordan depsite the EVIDENCE that he has been working with and for Sam and I find that truly disgusting. You're NOT Britney fans, you can't be.

Whatever it is, I think we'll find out soon and I think Jordan knows that and that is part of the reason for the closure of this site. It all seems to be linked somehow- Jamie asking for a restraining order against Sam for trying to communicate with Britney, then the legal action against BH and all just before Sam's court appointment....it all links up whether people choose to believe it or not. I still don't understand why people can claim they support Britney but stick up for Jordan, who has now been proved to have been in cahoots with Sam.

And the reason I'm still here is simple- I am a Britney fan and this is a vital time for Britney's fanbase. I also will be here to stick up for Jamie and what I believe is right (thrusting disgusitng allegations at a man you don't know is NOT RIGHT and I will say so). I think there has to be SOMEONE here who is willing to defend the Spears family, and that's me. Deal with it.
