Some International fans are somewhat dissapointed that the Circus will not be anywhere close to them...

she needs to recover costs, so it has to be a big market. by that i mean there's a big population, there's a big population who likes britney's music, and who is composed of people willing to buy her tickets at the highest prices possible. japan is a good possibility.

There actually are plans building up inorder to Bring "The Circus; Starring Britney Spears" to Asia by the end of this year.
The plans aren't set in stone, but they are in the process of becoming radical.

*Most likely the Tour won't be reaching anywhere in Africa. This tour take $10 million to run per week...and even though it almost sounds ridiculous, the tour-runners would barely be able to keep-up the tour; seeing how many African countries have some of the lowest markets in the world. It's sad, but true.

Yeah, it is a little infortunate for those who can't see it in those countries.Because a major piece of Britney Fan bases are from the Asian reagion.
Well, maybe on Brit's Next tour she will pull a Michael Jackson and perform in those massive outdoor stadiums, all around the world...instead of just cramming it all in the U.S
