"Circus" ALBUM sales on The Decline!
Britney Spears, "Circus" ALBUM sales are declining rapidly.
It is said that this is occurring due to lack of ALBUM advertising, and overall poor C.D distribution at Major Department Stores (i.e. Wal-mart)
-"I have been into 3 different Wal-mart stores within the past week. When i go to the Music section of the store "Circus" is no-where to be seen."
-"Maybe they're all sold out, or Maybe the store hasn't recieved another shipment since the album's release...When you think about it, it is kind of 'sad'."

the only cd that i see in all stores is lady gaga with the fame britney is not where i really must ask to the employes where is britney
before britney was everywhere i guess that with tsc britney is gonna be everywhere really but promotion britney please 
that is what happens when you dont promote or have a hit single plus it fell off the charts weeks ago.
I go to Target. When I go there, Circus is nowhere to be seen! But guess what album is ALL over the place, and always getting new shipments of! BLACKOUT! In my opinion, this is her best album (even though she was going through a hard time she made some GOOD music, i.e. Get Naked).
What do you think about that?

britney must promote 3 and the singles collection also the dvd of circus tour and the onyx hotel tour and after a big vacations
She should release her European bonus tracks for Circus in the USA. I've seen that thousands of people on Youtube say they want them released in the USA. These bonus tracks are Amesia, Quicksand, and Trouble. Hundreds or thousands of people would go on Itunes right away to buy these. Circus would reenter the charts. The Greatesgt Hits: My Prerogative track "Do Somethin" was originally only available in the USA. When it was released internationally it became a world wide hit.

thats not good. but everytime i go to walmart,target,newberry comics(its a popular store that is only in new england) they all have copies right now "circus" is still NO.2 in the stores arpund me but idk about the billboard charts idk what happend.
Yeah I was about to say the exact same thing. Once If U Seek Amy hits radio and TV (music video), it's gonna rebound to the charts.

Circus sold approximately 414,000 copies this week worldwide up from 412,000 last week. Due to holiday sales, her album numbers went up but I'm afraid for next week for what will be the huge drop.......................................................................................

Thanks for the word on Times Square showings~proves feasibility of playing the videos in movie theaters with wide screens and captive audience that can't 'change the channel'. Glad to read about that.
In times sqaure , manhattan , they sometimes play her womanizer and circus video on the big buildings with huge screens.
We're in a very difficult economy, Britney has been off front pages of tabloid magazines due to her more controlled environment~'out of sight, out of mind', my urgings that ALL 'Circus' tracks be 'released as singles' for radio airplay, that the 'adult contemporary' pieces (My Baby, Unusual You, Out From Under, Mmm Papi and Radar) be currently licensed out to public address system music services (malls, retail stores, elevators) and that 'Circus' music videos run as short subject/CD ad promotion in movie theaters have, so far, fallen on deaf ears.
I have determined to 'market' the aforementioned 5 tracks myself, integrating 'Mmm Papi' into an open mic night stage presentation this Saturday night at Crosswords Jazz Club in Garwood. Contemplating buying a radio slot at independently-owned station in Levittown, PA which has a live internet stream. If I proceed, selected 'unreleased as singles' works from 'Blackout' and 'Circus' will be included in my playlist.
Party and club DJs would boost sales by including Britney's works in their sets, as well. The more ears that listen, the more sales she'll garner.

all the stores around me still have em.. i bought 45 15 from like each store.. so i think it's allright and it's not on a decline, but i guess it depends where you live too!
