I bought 2 CENTER RINGSIDE seats from TICKETMASTER for the Bossier, LA show
@CenturyTel on September 19th. We chose the LOVESEAT (ROW A) and paid $790.44 for our two tickets. When we got to the show, we were told all the loveseats
were purchased by HORESHOE CASINO and we were seated in two FOLD UP CHAIRS
behind the people who were standing "In the Zone". We paid $790.44 to sit BEHIND
people who only paid $160.00. When we went to Customer Service to complain & DEMAND to be moved, they said there "was nothing they could do since we bought
our tickets thru TICKETMASTER. " We argued with them for 45 minutes and finally
just gave up. The entire concert was ruined for us. We were so angry, we could
not even enjoy the show. NEVER BUY TICKETS FROM TICKETMASTER!!!!
Has anyone else had this happen to them @one of the shows?
