"Oops!" Album Turns 10 Years Old

Today marks the 10-year anniversary of Britney's sophomore album, Oops!...I Did It Again. The record brought about such hits as "Oops!...I Did It Again," "Lucky," "Stronger" and "Don't Let Me Be The Last To Know." More Oops! facts:
♥ Sold well over 1.3 million copies in its first week of sales, shattering a world record
♥ Certified Diamond by the RIAA, selling over 17 million copies worldwide
♥ Houses Britney's first song-writing credit for "Dear Diary"
♥ Title track and single "Oops!...I Did It Again" was a #1 hit in 20 countries
♥ Spent 84 consecutive weeks on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart
♥ Was the third best-selling album of 2000
♥ During album promotion, Britney both hosted and performed in an episode of Saturday Night Live, breaking the record for the youngest person in the show's history to appear as both host and musical guest
♥ Her Oops! tour marked Britney's first time touring outside of the U.S. and grossed over $40 million
♥ Won two Billboard Music Awards — Album Artist of the Year and World-Record Breaker of the Year

Where Are You Now?
these days when I listen to Where Are You Now? it never fails to make me cry. I mean, ten years ago I didn't really understand the lyrics yet, because I was just 11 years old. and just started english lessons. But when I really listen to it now, it makes me really emotional.
I really really really hope the next album is gonna be even better than all she did in the past combined. I cannot wait until the release of it.

I love this album so much! The tracks are perfectly mixed with ballads and dance numbers. My favorite tracks have to be Oops!... I Did It Again, Stronger & What U See (Is What U Get).

this album is amazing
some of the best songs ever are on this i really like can't make you love me, girl in the mirror (i got this song off some import version of the album), Stronger. BUT the best song is definatly Oops!... i Did it Again. oh yah i also really like lucky and dont go knockin on my door and what u see (is what u get).

Britney is so good, I also like Don't Let Me Be The Last To Know, What U See is What U Get, One Kiss From You, and Dear Diary.
The diversity of singing Britney does on this album made me know she was totally going to be around for a long time. And The beat Goes On from her first album said that to me too so i was totally happy to get the proof with this album.

amazing times with MISS SPEARS i was so content in that years so happy i still remember that day so perfectly clear in my memories are bittersweet. i was with my sister and we enter to a music store called mix up here in mexico in guadalajara and i was watching at mtv britney with oops i didt it again and infront of me a lot of brit brit cds yall 
i enter so content to see her everywhere u know when u are a truly fan and i start to dance by myself and i was so happy to see that moments in my head britney makes me so happy.
ps i know yet but my english was so poor ja and i enter to my english lessons i didnt open the TOEFL i had an exam i memorized the lyrics of oops i did it again and translate so i couldnt believe when they return my english exam i had a very good points so OMG britney u are my other SISTER yall. i startet with SELENA QUINTANILLA PEREZ with I COULD FALL IN LOVE sadly she passed away in 1995 and britney appears in 1998 well i think jesus send me this girl from above sing and dance.
