Normally I really don't like to read what the press has to say about Britney, but everything out this week has been GOLDEN!

From the Associated Press: "BLACKOUT, her first studio album in four years, is not only a very good album, it's her best work ever -- a triumph, with not a bad song to be found on the 12 tracks."

Couldn't agree more AP! And here are some other highlights...

hey i went to buy the cd after i heard it on napster, and i thought it was going to be depressing but then whe i listened more to it and i ended up liking it alot. i luv toy soldier. i just brought it yesterday and i think i just scratched the cd up because so much that ive been listening to that one song, but hey all the songs are nice. and the perfume smelled great!

I just have to say that Justin and Timbaland need not offer their help to someone who clearly has stomped all over them with her new CD. . . . Britney you have such an amazing album, i couldn't believe how easily I fell in love with all the songs and what a good mood it puts me and my friends in while we drive down the road and listen to it. Even my 1 year old dances to it in the living room!!!

The date of worldwide releasing was October 30. I am living in Dubai(UAE) but I went to the all of the virgin megastores in the city & they said the album will not be released till next week. So Jive please send the album to UAE sooner.

So i do love Britney's new album. i'm glad for her comeback and hey i thought she did great for her VMA performance after 4 years outta the game.

i was only going to voice that i'm kinda uncertain about her new album, cuz she sounds so different, kinda not like Britney i guess. idk i was only wondering if anyone else felt the same, like her amazing voice is also kinda overtaken by all the background singers, she's kinda hidden. i just wanted her to be out there more. BUT it's a new great sound. doing the 50's type thing. i love it. i am still proud of it.
but i'm also kinda disappointed in the album itself, i was kinda expecting a special editon one, or something more. and like at least some writing of her own added into the album, you know how artists including herself, write in it, like "Thank you god. i love my fans.." etc.
i dont know why she didnt' do that. so there wasn't much to like engage in.
lol i just miss hearing from her personally i guess.

just wondering what everyone thought.
