GIMME MORE did better last year
When Gimme More was available for legal download on iTunes exactly one year ago, went straight to #1 just 12 hours after its official release and held the top for 2 weeks in a row. Womanizer, after 12 hours, just peaked at #7??
I'm really sorry to say this but, I don't think Womanizer will beat the record of Gimme More, if things keeps this way, at the end of the day it won't even try to reach #1.
...If the fans from USA would care about it a little bit at last.
