I'm happy that Brit still won 1 moonman this year (only 1 => s***), she deserves more than that. Lady Gaga won three (It's super f***) and Beyonce won the Video of the year (Brit should have won this). Both Circus and Womanizer are way better than Single ladies as regards many things, except, maybe, choreography... In my opinion, Womanizer was the video of the year... It's amazing to know that Britney won an award that directly reflects the amount of loyalty and dedication her fans have for her. Congratulations B !! You deserve it
As far as disappointment goes, I have none. This woman has worked her ass off to go on tour and put on a show for her fans and that's all we could ask of her. I'm actually going to travel another 5 hours to see her perform this Friday in Dallas, TX

For those who were disappointed, the VMA's are there to honor her as they have by giving her the awards she deserves. Just because she didn't arrive or perform doesn't mean she already owns this award show. She is indeed the Queen when it comes to MTV, but we don't need her there every year to know that. We only need her to continue winning the titles she's worked so hard for. And that's what she did.
Finally, thank you soo much BRITannica for everything !!! We really owe you for all the news you've shared (such as the votes required to give Brit this title), and the news you're preparing to share. Whatever it is I'm sure it'll be well worth the wait, and the patience we're forced to endure will only make us appreciate it even more. So again, Thank you !!!
