No one is to blame.
Britney is human and is entitled to do less than perfect things. However, whether or not she sees the marriage as you so bluntly put it, a "mistake", she did it. And 2 lives were brought into the world because of it.
I don't know where your argument is leading seeing as how you're more concerned with being right than with making sense, but I will not succumb to it any longer. I've grown so weary of trying to push a point across this line of pride so many of you britney.com users have laid out in front of me.

Kevin Federline had full custody of the boys. Anytime they didn't spend with him was his own doing. Although, I was under the impression that he was taking his kids with him everywhere for a while there so I don't know where your information is coming from.

Oh, and by the way. This picture was taken when she was given permission to have her kids visit her. Now, can you imagine having to have permission from a judge to see your own kids?

How could you say that this isn't beautiful? Regardless of whether or not these pregnancies were planned, Britney took full responsibility and has given those boys a part of her life. Anytime you are able to put another persons life before yours, it's considered beauty.
That's my opinion, but just seeing the smile on Britney's face anytime her boys are with her is a beautiful sight in itself.
One last thing, calling a child a mistake isn't only false, but it's completely insensitive. Have a heart.

sadly, just another example of Britney being sold out. she invited a photographer to take these pics for christmas cards and family matters etc--in other words, private purposes. but Brit is so poorly advised, if at all, that she did not make the photographer, dani burbanker, sign a privacy contract, as a resutl, the photographer used Brit like everyone else around her so loves to do, and sold her out
but this is truly beautiful--Brit and her boys are beautiful
