This song is musical genious,
It links Britney's new genre of music back to her "In the Zone" album, as it has a very Blue/Jazzy feel to it. It also shows how she's developed since "In The Zone" as her voice seems more sultry, adding tot he vibe of "Blackout".
The opening lines "It's been a while" "I know i shouldn't have kept you waiting", seem rather ambiguous as they represnt her with a man when you look deep into the lyrics, but it's almost as if Britney wants the fans to know that, thats how she feels about them, and that she's back.
The track seems very thought out with its meaning and ambiguity and seems to be direct to the fans.

It is cleverly done with the change of beats and tempo's as it's completely it's own, but still seems very familiar sound wise.
With again, the jazzy sounds of "in the zone" and "the onyx hotel tour"
as well as the "make you feel, huh huh huh huh" almost resembling her "Slave 4 U" hit.

So welldone for this brilliant mix of production and vocal talent.

woah. with the opening lines... "it's been a while, i know i shouldn't of kept you waiting... but i'm here now" we feel as if the first verse and chorus would be dedicated to the fans. "you gotta be scared and run now? ...im gunna hit defrost on you, let' get it blazing"... don't run n hide from brit, she don't bite Eye-wink lets get it goin'!... as we move to the second verse and chorus i feel like brits back on the dancefloor... gettin friendly with a male figure. "allow me to get you right, once you warm up to me, baby i can make you feel hot". as we move to the last bit... "i like this part...it feels kinda good" almost feels as if britney is revealing herself... like a transformation. becoming this new, sexier diva, but keepin the classic britney alive..

amazing job on this track
