  • Attention to all of you teenagers and young adults out there, you should start to adopt a healthy life style start from now. The earlier you start to living the healthy way the lesser the risk of you get serious disease such as heart attack later, so starting from now you should pay attention on what food you eat and also start exercising.

    By being young does not means you can eat all you want because your health mostly depends on what you give to your body. Those extra big Mac, french fries and excessive TV watching might not hurt you now but, someday later on a certain age they could cause you serious trouble start from high cholesterol level, high blood pressure, and diabetes.

    Maybe because you think you are young you don't need to worry about these kind of thing but, if you start to take care of your body now, it could bring a big difference when you are in your middle age which is being a healthy man that still able to enjoy life or sitting in a wheelchair because of suffering stroke and live your life by doing frequent trips to the doctor.
