It's that time again! Fuse TV’s Best Video of 2009 Tournament has arrived, with Britney's "Circus" video in the running. Britney rocked it last year, winning Best Video of 2008 for "Womanizer," but unlike last year (with 13 million total votes cast), there is now NO limit to how many times you can vote per day. So vote, vote and vote some more so that Britney's "Circus" can prove who really calls the shots — us B fans. The winning video will be featured on Fuse TV's "Top 40 of 2009" special, airing Saturday, Dec. 12 at 4pm ET.

Round one of voting starts today, where Brit is up against 3OH!3. (Who?? I only know one "3"...) Each round of voting will end Sunday evening at midnight. Did I mention that you can vote as many times as you want? xx♥
