This is another BLOG posts on how a smart phone can help while hunting. I have heard of hunters taking books and magazines to past the lull times during their stand time. I have done that but with new smart phones you can now have so much more plus it is a lot more compact and easier to carry.

With my last BLOG posts you have determined that I am a huge iPhone fan. I am going to go over how I use my iPhone for entertainment while on stand. Most of the other smart phones can do these functions as well.

Games – I have a bunch of different games installed on my phone. These games range from card games such as Solitaire, Blackjack, etc. to strategy games such as Chess, Checkers, etc. Smart phone are becoming the new game systems and more games are being developed for them. One thing to note is most of the games I played are games that have pauses in them so I can look up and scan my surroundings for game. Just to make sure nothing gets by you while hunting.
