I would hug her and listen to her and cry with her and let her know that she is not alone, she shouldnt be embarrassed, she hasnt gone too far, her babies will be hers again (my son is back) and that people LOVE HER AND ARE BEHIND HER.........

My heart aches so badly because i can almost tell exactly what is going through her mind

I was hospitalized a couple of times in a month a couple of years ago, right after losing my son....I too am bipolar.....

You know it's sad...we all wake up every day and wish for something, more beauty, more money, a better body....she had all this, and bipolar disorder, combined with too little support, didn't allow her to see it..

I know I have a lot to be grateful for but it is a lonely world inside a mind that no one understands but you. We love you so very much Britney we wish that you knew, there are more of us than THEM......
