If you grew up in the central valley and had a river near your town, most likely you found your down time floating on the cool waters enjoying the summer sun with family or friends. It's a traditional getaway on tubes that takes 2-3 hours to complete.

I will never forget this outing as we had 12 rafters in our group at the time. Sometimes we met up, by chance, with more fellow river tubers. We like to meet up at the various beach areas along the way to take a break, relax, and swim.
