Where is Britney's Official Fan Club?

I know this might sound like the stupidest question ever. But seriously, I don't know where the fan club is and I really want to join. I have searched this site www.britney.com and www.britneyspears.com and I don't see any link or even hint at it. I have also googled it and no signs of life. Is there a real, active Britney's fan club? I want to join it to have early access to tickets sales. Please share some info if you know. Thanks.
