British photographer Adnan Ghalib is set to reveal intimate details about his relationship with Britney Spears on a TV show.

The snapper has been a constant presence by Spears' side in recent weeks before the pair's reported split last weekend.

And now, according to celebrity blogger Perez Hilton, the 35-year-old paparazzo has signed a contract with a TV network for an exclusive interview about the time he spent with the troubled star.

A source tells Hilton, "He's getting paid a lot. And his interview will be stretched out over several days."

Ghalib has also been accused of striking a deal with his celebrity photo agency, Finalpixx, to sell private text messages sent to him by the singer. The messages are reported to detail Spears' wish to train to become a teacher.

Spears began dating Ghalib last month but was rumored to have ended the relationship and taken out a restraining order against him--a rumor that Ghalib vehemently denies.

The pop star went to a deposition Monday in her dispute with ex-husband Kevin Federline over the custody of their two boys, published reports said. Spears drove to the office of Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, with a friend and was seen leaving more than two hours later, People.com and TMZ.com reported.

Calls to Kaplan's office Monday were not answered and a phone message left with Spears' lawyer, Tara Scott, was not immediately returned.

Spears has had trouble making recent legal dates. On Dec. 12, she called in sick for a court-ordered deposition, then arrived late at Kaplan's office on its rescheduled date, Jan. 3. That night, she was taken to a hospital after a standoff in her home when she refused to return the children to Federline's bodyguard following a visit.

Spears didn't attend a court hearing Jan. 14 in which a court commissioner decided to keep in effect an order suspending her right to visit Jayden James, one, and Sean Preston, two.

Spears went to the courthouse briefly but never entered the building and left amid a swarm of paparazzi.

She will have another chance Feb. 19 to persuade the court to restore her visitation rights.

"Dr. Phil" McGraw said Monday on his syndicated talk show that he isn't sorry for trying to help Britney Spears while she was hospitalized after a standoff in which she refused to return her two young sons to her ex-husband's bodyguard.

McGraw said he had planned to do a show on Spears' troubles before she was hospitalized Jan 3. Furthermore, he said Spears' mother, Lynne, had planned to participate.

He said they never intended to have Spears on the show, and they certainly never discussed staging an intervention with Spears.

He said he does not apologize for reaching out to a friend, and has been friends with the Spears family since 2006.

Lou Taylor, a business manager for Spears' mother and the pop star's younger sister, Jamie Lynn, appeared on NBC's "Today" show Jan. 9 and said McGraw had betrayed the family's trust by talking to the media about Spears' mental health after showing up at the 26-year-old pop star's room at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles for a visit.

McGraw acknowledged Monday that he released a statement to the media about meeting with Spears to quell any rumors. He said he never disclosed what happened in that meeting, nor will he ever.

Taylor said the syndicated TV psychologist broached the idea of the show to Spears' handlers, who eventually decided that such a show would be "detrimental" to the family.

Mental health professionals also have criticized McGraw, saying he went too far by showing up at Spears' hospital room as she was about to be discharged.

Spears was hospitalized after a child custody dispute with ex-husband Kevin Federline resulted in an hours-long standoff with police. A court commissioner later gave sole physical and legal custody of 1-year-old Jayden James and 2-year-old Sean Preston to Federline.
