It has been a topsy turvy sort of morning for me, one that had good and bad. I am currently in Berlin, Germany for a business trip and its a rockin city. Just came back from my Sauna, what an amazing way to spend a morning. It was right after I had to do my my Tonsil Stones Treatment which is not the most pleasant experience in the world. In Berlin they have 3 different Sauna Treatments, which is a must for anyone who wants to sit back and relax. Whats more is that everyone is Au Natural and they don't ven blink an eye lid. I love it. This dude came in with a bucket and water, then he slowly heated the stones until my tonsils were almost burning out of my throat. I had to get out of there. For some people this was treatment, for me it was too hot to handle (A Bit like my Tonsil Stones Treatment ). I went to the other sauna, which was far less hellish and relaxed back. Going to a concert tonight and then for a few drinks.
