Miley Cyrus: The Next Britney Spears?
Rumors has it that Miley Cyrus is going to be the next Britney Spears? do you agree?
The next Britney Spears is about to come. Her name is Miley Cyrus and she is the 13-year-old daughter of country crooner Billy Ray Cyrus. Just today she is making her singing and acting debut with her dad in the new Disney Channel sitcom "Hannah Montana".
The young star-to-become already has a contract with Hollywood Records, in addition to the show "Hannah Montana". Disney is known for turning teen girls into stars. For example, the 18-year-old Hillary Duff started out on "Lizzie McGuire" and is now touring with her band. She recently appeared in "Cheaper by the Dozen 2".

Miley and Britney are a little too different to be compared.
Miley has a very raspy-country voice, and Britney has a Bubble gum Pop voice...
But, i doubt Miley would be able to measeure up to Britney Spears, the 8th Best Selling, and Fastest Selling Female artist of all Time...
Everyone above Britney on the List are MAJOR MAJOR legends in Music...and Britney is going to become one of them.
Miley also doesn't carry the qualites that those legends carried. She tries to follow Major recording artist, but just can't keep up; Even with disney dishing out Millions for her. All the legends she attempts to follow all persevered, and set the bar on every level...unfortunately she hasn't yet.
If Disney drops her show, and their contract, Miley might not even make it.
And this is coming from an Unbias point of view too...

People may shoot me for saying this, but Miley is not my favorite person, just because she is supposed to be a role model to children and did that photo shoot for Vanity Fair. I'm sure she might not have meant it that way, but kids still have some innocence that they should maintain. sorry, just an opinion. anyways, NO ONE on this entire Earth can top Britney. She is super talented and knows so much more about the buisness and quality songwriting. Miley isn't nearly as experienced, and there is just something about a person that makes them inspiring, ya know? I think Britney can't ever and will never be replaced.

There is no possible way for Miley Cyrus to become the next Britney Spears. The only reason the girl is famous is because her father has connections with Hollywood. The girl has no talent what so ever. The only reason she got a recording deal was because she plays some fake superstar on disney channel and little kids watch her and think shes all that. Her record company knows hat since shes is on a very popular disney channel show her music will sell not because of her voice just because of her show. If she was to become the next Britney Spears I would have to kill myself.

She is going to be the new for "2008+" britney, cuz i dont think these days anyone is going to get so big. there's so many bands and artist and there adn way more competition. when Britney was where miley is at there weren't so many.

GOD!!!!!!!!!!! I even hate this question. Miley Virus is not even comparable to Rihanna or Avril Lavigne. The first question is that "CAN SHE SING?", the answer is simply "no"!! She is popular among 12-15 yr olds and that's it. Plus she has lot of support from all sides. Britney won hearts of people around the world and achieved fame and success due to her hard work and ability, she is all real. Miley overestimates herself, dresses like an auntie, is racy and greedy for fame and most of all is a wannabe! I don't think so there will ever be any other artist like Britney.
