As stressful as a divorce and child custody issues can be you can not let them dicate your behaviour. Communicate with those who are in your corner keep your private life private.
I know this may be difficult in your situation but if you can at all confide in someone you can truly trust than do so.
Everyone makes mistakes no one is perfect in life. I believe it is what you make of any situation that determines your character and strength.
